1. Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-2068-7) and will be submitted toIEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCECS 2025 has been included inthe conference list by IEEE

① The article conforms to the theme and requirements of the conference 

② No repeated contributions to other conferences or journals 

③ Original articles with experimental research data 

④ Repetition rate is less than 30%

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of SCECS 2025 will be published and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
